The DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown is seeking a highly enthusiastic Culinarian to join our team as a Line Cook! This position offers a fun and exciting opportunity to work with a "service first" company with future growth opportunities.
The ideal Line Cook candidate will have minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a high paced or elevating dining environment. There is the potential for growth within the culinary team for a passionate hard working associate.

Responsibilities:
• Control quality and consistency of all food served.
• Production of orders.
• Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
• Maintain all food quality and food safety guidelines. This includes but is not limited to shift checklists, temperature logs, waste logs and inventory.
• Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis.

Additional Requirements:
