As a Room Attendant, some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas while maintaining Hilton brand standards
- Make beds and replace guest room linens
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, mirrors, vanities, showers and floors
- Remove trash and soiled linens
- Restock towels, tissues and guest amenities
- Dust and clean furniture, televisions and guest room surfaces
- Vacuum and mop guest rooms
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and work area
- Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally
- Report maintenance concerns and room damages
- Turn in all lost-and-found items
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of the housekeeping team
Requirements:
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
