We are seeking a Control Systems Engineer to support the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of industrial automation and control systems for large-scale engineering and construction projects. This role is responsible for delivering reliable control system solutions that meet client requirements, industry standards, and project objectives.

We are seeking a Control Systems Engineer to support the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of industrial automation and control systems for large-scale engineering and construction projects. This role is responsible for delivering reliable control system solutions that meet client requirements, industry standards, and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for industrial facilities, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms.
- Prepare control narratives, logic diagrams, instrument specifications, I/O lists, and system architecture drawings.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate control systems into overall plant design.
- Support system testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), startup, and commissioning activities.
- Troubleshoot control system issues and provide technical support throughout project execution.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, safety requirements, and Fluor quality procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with industrial control systems such as Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric platforms.
- Knowledge of instrumentation, process control principles, networking, and automation system design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented project environment.
- Experience supporting EPC projects in oil & gas, chemicals, mining, power, or manufacturing industries.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
- Experience with commissioning and startup activities in industrial facilities.
