Location: Stevens Point, WI

We are seeking a Senior General Superintendent to lead all field operations on one or more large-scale projects. This role is 100% site-based and plays a critical leadership role on the project team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all field operations and trade contractors
- Ensure work aligns with schedule, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Manage project team performance and development
- Maintain a deep understanding of project documents and proactively mitigate risks
- Lead jobsite meetings, owner walkthroughs, and contractor coordination
- Oversee safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture
- Manage jobsite logistics, reporting, scheduling updates, and inspections
- Develop and oversee quality and construction plans
- Mentor junior team members and support leadership development
- Contribute to business development, preconstruction, and client relationships
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 15 years of experience on $50M–$100M commercial/industrial projects (or equivalent leadership experience)
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- STS-C Certification preferred
- First Aid, CPR, AED certification preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability
- Knowledge of all construction phases, methods, materials, and scheduling
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-standard construction tools
- Experience with pull planning processes
- Deep understanding of jobsite safety practices and enforcement
- Ability to lead large project teams and manage complex operations
