Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Project Superintendent to manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roofing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

·        Oversee and manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.

·        Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

·        Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.

·        Manage on-site crews, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.

·        Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

·        Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.

·        Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

·        Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications:

·        5 years minimum experience in commercial roofing, with 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.

·        In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, modified bitumen, metal roofing).

·        Strong understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.

·        Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

·        Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).

·        Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

·        High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        OSHA 30 certification.

·        Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
