Landscaper

Position Summary

Are you looking to start a career in landscaping? We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Landscapers. No professional landscaping experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and learning new skills while maintaining a flexible schedule. This is a 1099 role in Northeast Florida. Pay is per successful completion of a lawn with the expectation that one lawn be completed per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Perform landscape maintenance, including mulching, weeding, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
• Load and unload landscaping equipment and materials.
• Help maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and equipment.
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Senior Landscapers.
• Work safely while operating landscaping tools and equipment after training.
• Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer service at every job site.

Qualifications

• No prior landscaping experience required—we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the designated company truck pickup location each workday.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida’s heat and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
