What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiber and Cable Installation Technician position at TRS Cable?
We are looking for cable / fiber installers to work in commercial, and residential settings , the following areas to work are in the Polk, Orange, Osceola, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Lake, , Hernando, Citrus, and Pasco County FL area.
There are several offices to choose from so we're able to find the best fit for you. Work is year round, if you can meet the requirements, we've got work for you.
Technicians that work with us will make an average of $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 a week with the potential to earn more, many do.
As a 1099 contractor, a work week would consist of commercial & residential installations of cable, internet, and phone. This position will also include but not be limited to disconnects, reconnects, service upgrades and downgrades, for residential single family, multi-family and/or multi-dwelling units.

Cable Installers are expected to maintain:
- Must have truck, van, or an SUV
- A neat professional appearance
- A valid Driver's license
- Commercial auto insurance and General Liability Insurances will be required
- Background check and drug test will be required
- Maintain required tool list.
