- Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll and HR documentation
- Assist with HR projects and day-to-day operations
- Support the Chief of People and HR staff in strategic initiatives
- Provide high-touch customer service to employees and stakeholders
- Promote teamwork and contribute to a strong company culture
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee records
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
- 3-4 years of payroll and HR administration experience
- Proficiency in payroll systems
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships; innovative and resourceful
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
