What You'll Do
- Set up and operate automated saw equipment used to process lumber for pallet production.
- Keep production lines running efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor lumber quality and verify finished products meet company standards.
- Minimize material waste and maximize production efficiency.
- Safely stack and organize processed lumber for downstream operations.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support team members and assist with other production duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
