Job Title: Pallet Machine Loader – Viking Machine
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Overview
Troymill Wood Products is looking for a dependable employee to work on our Viking automated pallet-making machine.
This position is responsible for placing lumber and pallet components into the machine so pallets can be produced safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on production job in a fast-paced pallet shop.
Responsibilities
- Load lumber and pallet components into the Viking machine
- Keep the machine supplied with the correct material
- Handle, sort, and stack lumber as needed
- Check material for obvious defects or incorrect sizes
- Keep production moving at a steady pace
- Follow all safety procedures
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist with other pallet shop duties as needed
Qualifications
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Able to safely lift and handle lumber throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around production machinery
- Able to work at a steady pace
- Good attention to safety and quality
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Previous pallet shop, lumber, warehouse, manufacturing, or machine-feeding experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
