What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Support and Engagement Coach position at Troy University?
The Student Support and Engagement Coach will provide student support services to undergraduate business students in the Sorrell College of Business, with a strong focus on improving student retention and progression. This position will serve as a departmental advising expert and assist students with academic planning and career development throughout their degree program, and teach business courses in area(s) of expertise, with a focus on the college’s orientation course and general business.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field from an AACSB accredited institution.
2. Student Support and Program Management Experience.

2. Experience in academic advising or student success at the university level.

5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with academic departments and student support units.
