The IT Specialist II position in Information Technology is responsible for providing system and technical support to users; assisting users to maximize technology benefits; recommending and implementing system and technology solutions and improvements; troubleshooting systems and technology; and automating organizational tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Math
- Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training (OR equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Demonstrated ability to inventory, support and implement diverse solutions
- Experience in review of IT efforts for effectiveness
- Ability to review system specifications for business requirements and identified end-user objectives
- Experience in all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- Ability to identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Experience with configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Ability to monitor user adoption
- Experience with user training and creating training materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational ability
- Project management experience
