The Financial Aid and Veterans Affairs Counselor position is responsible for providing counseling services related to student financial aid and veterans affairs to students and their families; processing financial aid and VA paperwork; disseminating information regarding financial aid and VA programs to prospective and enrolled students; meeting with students and families one-on-one and in groups to talk about financial aid and VA; engaging in student financial aid and VA educational sessions on and off campus; heavy contact with students and families via email, phone, and in-person; communicating as needed with all administrative offices of the University; and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
