The Assistant Professor/Associate Professor position in the College of Education is a tenure-track faculty role within the Department of Counseling, Rehabilitation, and Interpreter Training. This position also serves as the Coordinator of Rehabilitation, providing leadership and oversight for the rehabilitation counseling program. Faculty members in this role are responsible for teaching online graduate courses in rehabilitation and clinical mental health counseling, coordinating and supporting the rehabilitation counseling program, conducting and publishing scholarly research, and engaging in service to the department, university, and broader professional community.

1. Earned doctorate in counselor education from a CACREP-accredited program or an accredited institution with a strong commitment to CACREP standards.
2. Licensed or license-eligible as a professional counselor (LPC) or certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC).
3. Demonstrated ability to engage in research and scholarly publication in counseling or related fields.
