Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and develop long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
· Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
· Communicate order status and delivery updates to customers
· Coordinate with production and shipping departments to meet customer timelines
· Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
· Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, especially those for public safety applications
Requirements:
· Customer service or administrative experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Attention to detail
· Computer and software skills: proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or MRP system experience is a plus
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
