State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Shift: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You'll Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Help residents safely transfer, ambulate, and reposition throughout the day.
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
Take and record vital signs as directed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Provide compassionate, respectful care that promotes dignity and independence.
Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional resident care.
Qualifications
Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Long-term care experience is welcome but not required—we're happy to help the right candidate grow!
