State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Shift: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Help residents safely transfer, ambulate, and reposition throughout the day.

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.

• Take and record vital signs as directed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Provide compassionate, respectful care that promotes dignity and independence.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Long-term care experience is welcome but not required—we're happy to help the right candidate grow!
