As a Patient Care Tech, you will work under the direction of the LPN or RN as a health team member and are responsible for performing patient care and unit functions. You are also responsible for communicating completed tasks and changes in patient status to the nursing staff.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant Certification is preferred, but not required.
- On-the-job training is an option. Must have BLS certification within 30 days of hire. If you do not have a BLS certification, TRMC will assist with obtaining this within 30 days of hire.
- Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment and possess the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Professional, positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills are also required.
