Troy Regional is seeking dedicated candidates for a full-time Night Shift Patient Care Technician position in our Senior Behavioral Care Unit.

Position Overview

As a Patient Care Technician, you will:

• Work under the direction of the LPN or RN as part of the healthcare team
• Perform direct patient care and unit functions
• Communicate completed tasks and any changes in patient status to the nursing staff
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required
• On-the-job training available
• Must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire (TRMC will assist with certification if needed)
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and exercise sound judgment
• Professional, positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills
