What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Use your knowledge to guide customers on parts, gear, and accessories
- Help maintain clean, stocked, and organized parts displays
- Collaborate with sales & service teams to accessorize vehicles
- Cross-sell and upsell gear and accessories
- ️ Assist with inventory procedures and keep everything running smoothly
- Build real relationships with customers who love this stuff as much as you do
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Powersports experience is preferred, however we’re willing to train someone who has relevant parts/service department experience.
- Friendly and helpful with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn dealership software and online tools
- Saturday availability is a must
- Detail-oriented and dependable
Pay & Perks:
- Full-time with overtime potential
- Competitive pay: $50K–$55K/year based on experience
