Troy School District is seeking a head coach to steer our Junior High team to excellence. Qualified candidates will inspire talented sports players, develop award-winning strategies, provide hands-on training, and encourage sportsmanship within the team.  An outstanding head coach will possess critical yet flexible strategic skills.

Head Coach Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Formal coaching-related training is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a head coach preferred.
  • Own demonstrable history of pertinent sporting success.
  • Perceptive of sports-related talent.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
