We are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Rep for our Insurance brokerage.
Customer Service Rep with experience in insurance. You will provide a connection between insurance customers and the companies that provide policies. You will work directly under the agents. Representatives answer questions and complaints that customers have regarding their policy/policy billing. The customer service representative provides information to potential new customers who have questions regarding service, coverage, and costs.
The CSR must have the ability to handle difficult customer phone calls. Customers may call with complaints about insurance coverage and policy. You must have verbal communication skills to provide information to customers. Written communication skills are necessary to document service calls. Must have good typing skills and basic computer skills.
