What you’ll do
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients through cold calling and direct sales efforts.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations that showcase the value of our offerings to prospective customers.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for effective outreach and lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions for analysis.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- HS Diploma
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with territory management principles and practices.
- Background in account management or retail sales is a plus.
