Responsibilities:
1. Hayner Gift Gallery
2. Holiday Open House
3. Valentine’s Dinner & Show
4. Poetry Series
5. Mrs. Hayner’s Tea
6. PorchFest-coordinates all except musicians
7. Manage mailing list
8. Additional programming opportunities as needed
*Coordinates and facilitates all the above events
*Marketing for the above events and other general Hayner programming
*Works closely with Music Coordinator to market musical events
*Printed advertising, programs, brochures, social media, website design & maintenance and other promotional needs
*Grant writing skills
*Day to day shared activities-answering the phone, assisting house guests, open & closing as needed, tours, coordinating out of office time with other employees
*Assist all staff as needed in teamwork effort
