What are the responsibilities and job description for the Various grade level paraprofessionals position at Troy Elementary School?
Troy School is looking for paraprofessionals for various grade levels. These are full-time positions up to 7.5 hours per day, school session. Position includes working with individual students and students in small groups who exhibit learning, social, and emotional needs.

Specific Position Requirements/Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work effectively within a team environment and a willingness to participate in training opportunities. Physical stamina, positive energetic attitude, openness to new learning, and willingness and desire to work with students are required.
Salary & Benefits: As per Support Staff Agreement. Hourly rate will range between $20.35 and $23.00 depending on previous experience and education. Candidates must meet the district’s requirements: a minimum of 48 college credits; or successfully passing the Para Pro or Master Teacher assessment tests.
