Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tennis Professional to join our team in Troy, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tennis instruction and a passion for helping players of all ages and skill levels improve their game.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group tennis lessons to players of varying skill levels.
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual player needs.
• Organize and run tennis clinics, camps, and leagues.
• Maintain and manage tennis facilities and equipment.
• Promote tennis programs and engage with the local tennis community.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tennis Professional or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players.
• Certification from a recognized tennis organization is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
