Are you a highly organized Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of operations, finance, and emerging technology? We're looking for an experienced professional to drive execution across strategic AI-focused initiatives while serving as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across global teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support high-impact programs involving AI innovation, operational excellence, financial governance, and cross-functional coordination. You'll help build and scale new ways of working while driving visibility, structure, and accountability across complex initiatives.

What You'll Do

Financial & Procurement Operations

• Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) and Statement of Work (SOW) processes, including approvals, vendor onboarding, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoices, and vendor spend across multiple initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and provide budget insights to leadership.

Program & Project Management

• Drive execution of AI-focused programs, including AI Accelerator, Copilot, and emerging agent initiatives.
• Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Identify risks early and ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Support project intake, prioritization, portfolio management, and governance activities.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and status reports.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Act as a central coordination point across HQ teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners.
• Lead recurring business rhythms, including status meetings, working groups, and operational reviews.
• Maintain a single source of truth for plans, reporting, documentation, and key deliverables.
• Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and ensure accountability for commitments.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate activities across consulting partners, technology vendors, communications agencies, and AI solution providers.
• Support vendor onboarding, SOW management, performance tracking, and delivery oversight.
• Ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to timelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Build and maintain project, financial, and resource dashboards.
• Deliver concise, data-driven updates for executive audiences.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement AI-enabled operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ 8–10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Business Operations, Strategic Operations, or related roles

✔ Strong experience managing:

• Purchase Orders (POs)
• Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Vendor management
• Budget tracking and forecasting
• Financial reporting and compliance

✔ Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across global teams

✔ Advanced proficiency with:

• Microsoft Excel
• Power BI
• Teams
• SharePoint
• Planner / Project
• Reporting and dashboarding tools

✔ Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills

✔ Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, Copilot, automation, or innovation programs
• Exposure to digital transformation or emerging technology initiatives
• Experience implementing operational improvements, automation, or AI-enabled workflows
