What will you be doing?

Process Definition & Standardization

• Draft, maintain, and update process SOPs for EPC Global Project Controls.
• Define end to end process flows and swimlane diagrams using Visio.
• Translate complex operational workflows into clear, standardized documentation.

Technical & Business Writing

• Produce high-quality technical documentation for EPC processes and systems.
• Develop Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and User Guides to support day to day execution.
• Ensure documentation is concise, accurate, consistent, and aligned with EPC standards.

Training & Enablement

• Create process training materials to support:
• Business Continuity
• Reporting & analytics launches
• New process rollouts
• Digitization Initiatives
• Partner with OCM and project teams to translate process changes into practical, role specific training content.

Systems & Tool Documentation

• Develop process documentation and training for EPC systems, including:
• SAP EPPM, SAP ECC, Compass, Ariba, IBP, SCC, Icertis, Omega 365
• Ensure documentation aligns with system capabilities, controls, and compliance needs.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process simplification and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure documentation remains current as systems, tools, and processes evolve.
• Collaborate with SMEs and various teams to align on the process and document it accurately.
• Define Process Metrics such as KPIs and OKRs for process improvement initiatives and facilitate discussions for process alignment.

What you should bring to the table:

5-7 years of experience in:

• Business Process Documentation & SOP Development
• Process Mapping / Visio / Workflow Design
• Technical Writing, Training Material & User Guide Development
• Visio expertise
• Technical writing
• Training material and user guide development
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder facilitation
• EPC, construction, data center, project controls, cost management, risk management, planning/scheduling, or estimating domain experience
• Prior experience supporting process, controls, or digitization initiatives preferred
• Experience with EPC or large scale enterprise environments is a strong plus

Required Skills & Competencies

• Process design and documentation

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user friendly guidance
• Stakeholder collaboration across EPC, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain
• Experience with enterprise systems and digital tooling
• Six Sigma (preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree

Salary Range: $38.00-40.00/hour
