We are currently offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!Your Responsibilities:Lead and inspire our nursing staff by scheduling and assigning resident care tasks.Create a compassionate environment by providing unwavering support to residents and their families.Be the go-to resource for residents and staff by answering questions and fulfilling requests.Ensure a safe and clean working environment by implementing essential rules and regulations.Safeguard resident confidence by managing confidential information with care.Oversee the documentation of resident care services to maintain high standards.Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams for seamless collaboration.What We’re Looking For:A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is a must.At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.A strong and positive Team Director who can motivate and guide staff.Familiarity with EHR and Prescribing programs.Excellent communication skills to connect with residents and team members.Basic computer skills to navigate our systems effectively.About Us:Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a welcoming 80-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in the heart of South Troy, just minutes from the scenic Hudson River.
