PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Senior Army Instructor (SAI) serves as the department chairperson and chief instructor for the JROTC unit. In this role, the SAI is responsible for overseeing all instructional and leadership activities within the program, ensuring the successful development and delivery of JROTC curriculum, and providing guidance and mentorship to students and staff. The SAI will work closely with school administration to maintain the overall integrity and success of the JROTC program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Certified by Cadet Command Required
- Experience in a related position, preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
