What You'll Do
- Support homebuyers as they personalize one of the most important purchases of their lives—their new home.
- Design cohesive interior color palettes and finish selections for residential homes.
- Plan and furnish apartment clubhouses and amenity spaces that are both inviting and highly functional.
- Select furniture, finishes, fixtures, and décor that align with project budgets and company standards.
- Balance aesthetics, durability, functionality, and cost in every design decision.
- Collaborate closely with construction, purchasing, and leadership teams throughout the design process.
- Stay current on design trends while making selections that are timeless, practical, and marketable.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Experience in interior design, residential design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of production homebuilding and the construction process.
- Excellent eye for color, materials, furniture layout, and space planning.
- Ability to create beautiful spaces while remaining mindful of budgets, durability, and long-term functionality.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
