Role Description
Troxler Electronic Laboratories — a global leader in precision measurement equipment — is seeking a highly organized Inside Sales Representative to manage a multi‑state territory and drive growth across both equipment and cloud‑based software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage a large pipeline with hundreds of accounts, and is confident owning the full sales cycle from quote to close. Although primarily inside sales, this position includes quarterly travel for customer visits, product demos, and trade shows.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a large, multi‑state territory with a high‑volume pipeline of active accounts
- Build, organize, and maintain a structured pipeline with consistent follow‑up
- Handle the full sales cycle independently — qualify, quote, negotiate, and close
- Sell both hard goods and cloud‑based software systems
- Conduct virtual product demos and customer consultations
- Travel quarterly for customer visits, relationship building, and trade shows
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting
- Collaborate with service, logistics, and technical teams to support customers
What You Bring
- Exceptional organizational skills — able to manage hundreds of accounts simultaneously
- Experience selling hard goods and cloud‑based software systems
- 2 years in inside sales, territory sales, or account management
- Strong communication and follow‑through
- Proven ability to independently quote and close deals
- CRM proficiency
- Ability to travel quarterly with a valid driver’s license

- Experience in industrial equipment or technical product sales
