Role Description This full-time Customer Service Representative role is an on-site position located in RTP, NC. The person in this role will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information about Troxler products, orders, and service requests. Daily tasks include processing orders and returns, creating and updating customer records, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and shipping to resolve issues. The Customer Service Representative will troubleshoot basic product or service concerns, ensure timely follow-up, and maintain clear documentation of interactions. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience by promoting clear communication, problem resolution, and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Experience fostering Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through attentive communication and follow-through.
- Previous work as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and professional email writing.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or order management systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a solutions-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or technical familiarity with construction or testing equipment is a plus.
