We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structured Wiring Installer specializing in telecommunications to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting structured wiring systems that support voice, data, and video communications. Duties
- Install, configure, and test structured wiring systems including low voltage cabling for telecommunications networks.
- Ability to Use hand tools, power tools, testers, labeling equipment and specialized equipment.
- Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to accurately complete wiring layouts and connections.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to wiring, connectors, and equipment using tools and other industry specific equipment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of each job to include photos. There is no such thing as too many photos. If you have photos of your past work, please share, we love to see workmanship!!!
Skills
MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED, ACCOUNTABLE & RELIABLE!!!
- Proven experience in field service roles involving structured wiring or telecommunications installation.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, drills, screwdrivers and LABELING EQUIPMENT a MUST.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and job scopes accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge related to cable management systems and low voltage electrical work. Level 3 or 4 Certification a HUGE PLUS!!!
- Knowledge of low voltage wiring standards and safety protocols in telecom environments.
- ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied locations and environments
- MUST be able to work up and down ladder

Salary based on experience and certifications. Level 3 or 4 Certification a HUGE PLUS
MUST Live in NC within commuting distance or the ability to relocate to Hamlet NC prior to beginning work.
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED with this position!!!
Drivers License and reliable transportation required.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
