Key Responsibilities
- Curating content for sales and marketing collateral.
- Creating high-quality sample sets for Sales with fast turnaround.
- Selecting appropriate content for Delivery that match client expectations.
- Maintaining familiarity with the full library and knowing how to locate unique assets.
- Applying aesthetic judgment to ensure everything shown externally is coherent and polished.
- Experience or familiarity with IP licensing, such as in stock media agencies or other content marketplaces.
- A strong sense of aesthetic quality and the ability to explain why certain assets work better than others.
- High attention to detail and the discipline to maintain consistency across selections.
- The ability to turn vague or subjective criteria into clear, actionable selection filters.
- The ability to make decisions quickly with a bias toward action.
- Experience using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and ability to quickly learn and navigate new software interfaces, including those developed internally.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain and defend your rationale.
- Reliability under tight turnaround times and the ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously.
