At Trove Home Care, we’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and adults in their community. Whether you have years of caregiving experience or are just starting your journey, we encourage you to apply.

If you’re not already certified, we provide the opportunity to complete a 40-hour virtual Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program, giving you the skills and foundation to begin a rewarding career in home care.

What Makes This Role Great

• $18–$21/hour, depending on experience and interview

What You’ll Do

• Drive clients to appointments and errands
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide feeding assistance
• Support mobility and ambulation
• Assist with bathing
• Perform transfers between bed and chair
• Provide toileting and incontinence care

• Strong communicators who genuinely enjoy helping others
• Individuals interested in starting or growing a career in caregiving
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required- TRAINING AVAILABLE!

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance are required
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• All offers are contingent upon completion of a background check and MVR screening
