Job Description
We’re seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to jump into our Digital Marketing team and help grow our Shopify store. This is a perfect spot for someone hungry to kickstart their e-commerce career, keeping our product listings tight and supporting our drops while learning the ropes. You’ll work with SKUs, images, and basic localization tasks, all to keep our site humming and our team happy.
Who You Are:
- New but Ready: Little to no formal e-commerce experience? No problem—1-2 years in retail, admin, or data entry works if you’ve touched tools like Shopify or spreadsheets.
- Detail-Driven: You’re the type who spots a typo or double-checks numbers—our listings need that precision.
- Tech-Curious: You’ve played with Shopify (even casually) or can figure it out fast, and you’re comfy tweaking images in Canva or similar.
- Team Fit: You’re easy to work with, take feedback well, and want to help our SEO and ads crew focus on the big stuff.
- Eager to Grow: You see our website expansion as your chance to learn e-commerce inside out—drops, localization, the works.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Hands-on time with Shopify or another platform (e.g., adding products, updating stock).
- Experience organizing data—like inventory, pricing, or customer info—in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic image prep skills (cropping, resizing) for product photos.
- A track record of staying on task and getting details right, even in small roles.
- A positive attitude and willingness to ask questions or pitch in.
Nice-to-Haves:
- A part-time gig or internship in retail/e-commerce.
- Any brush with localization (e.g., bilingual skills, regional projects).
