What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Office Representative position at Trova?
- Pay: $22–$25/hr
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Glendale Heights, IL
- Screen incoming customer emails for the Quality Department
- Prioritize emails based on urgency and content
- Route emails to the correct internal team member
- Escalate urgent issues to the QA Supervisor
- Respond to specific categories of emails with appropriate QC documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Professional and helpful written communication skills
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable asking questions or escalating when unsure how to respond
