The IT Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager is a 12-month contract role responsible for leading multiple complex, enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives across our clients platforms, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP – Workday) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM – Salesforce) implementations. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SALESFORCE AND WORKDAY AND BE ONSITE IN OAKBROOK, IL DAILY.
This role provides end-to-end oversight of large, high-visibility projects and requires strong, hands-on experience managing Salesforce and Workday implementations within complex enterprise environments. The Project Manager collaborates closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to drive successful delivery, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and implement best practices that produce measurable results.
Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional efforts across the enterprise, overseeing project execution, managing and tracking budgets against plan, and ensuring effective reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of project performance. The role also involves regularly communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. Additionally, the Project Manager serves as a thought leader in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Salary : $65 - $75
