Position: Revenue Management / Pricing Strategy (Remote)
Pay: $29 - $31/hr
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST
Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Job Summary

The Revenue Management Leader will drive revenue growth through pricing strategy, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making. This role partners closely with Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to improve profitability, optimize pricing, and support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and able to communicate insights effectively to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pricing and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Analyze profitability, pricing performance, market trends, and customer contracts.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve margins and operational efficiency.
  • Build financial models, dashboards, KPI reporting, and scenario analyses.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and reporting to executive leadership.
  • Support ROI analysis, new product initiatives, and special projects.
  • Drive process improvements and resolve escalated business issues.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Finance, or related roles.
  • Strong Excel and data analytics skills required.
  • Experience with pricing systems and financial modeling preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Knowledge of P&L management and profitability drivers.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results independently.
