Inside Sales Representative – Sales/Administrative Support
Location: Woodridge, IL
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative I supports the Field Sales team by providing administrative and customer support, processing orders, preparing quotes, coordinating logistics activities, and assisting with customer issue resolution. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotes, reports, and order guides
- Process stock and non-stock customer orders
- Coordinate customer rollouts, openings, and installation activities
- Handle returns, credits, and order follow-up activities
- Maintain databases and sales support systems
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and sales representatives
- Provide administrative support to Sales Management
- Utilize SAP, Excel, Salesi, Info Builder, and other internal systems
- Support daily sales operations and customer service activities
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Food service industry experience is a plus
- Associate degree preferred

- Experience within the food service industry in a sales or corporate office environment
- Intermediate SAP experience preferred
