Global Business Development Manager - Commercial Food Equipment
Location: Itasca, IL
Salary: $100,000 Commission
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Onsite 5 days a week, except while traveling

In this pivotal role, you'll develop new markets, secure key customers, and nurture existing distributor relationships—fueling our company's success in a competitive landscape. Required Skills:
- Proven success in business development and account management
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing expertise
- Experience in developing distributor networks and managing strategic partners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have Skills:
- Background selling industrial, capital, or food processing equipment
- Experience working with manufacturing products or related industries
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity
- Multilingual abilities or international market experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- At least 7 years of successful outside sales or business development experience
- Domestic sales experience is required; international sales experience is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40%, including international trips
- Valid passport and readiness to represent the company at trade shows and industry events
