Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per year (Based upon experience and minimal position requirements)

Location: Fort Carson, Colorado

Position is contingent upon contract award

Trotter Professional Services (TPS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an upcoming Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Service Order Desk (SOD) contract at Fort Carson, Colorado.

This role will oversee the 24/7 Service Order Desk operations responsible for receiving, processing, and dispatching maintenance service requests across the installation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience supporting facilities maintenance or installation support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the DPW Service Order Desk

• Ensure 24/7 operational coverage for service order intake and dispatch

• Supervise dispatch personnel handling requests via phone, email, walk-in customers, web submissions, and the Army Maintenance Application (ArMA)

• Oversee service order tracking and management within ArMA and GFEBS

• Coordinate with maintenance contractors to ensure timely service resolution

• Maintain performance standards for call response, service order processing, and customer service

• Serve as the primary liaison with Government CORs and DPW leadership

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, reporting, and quality control procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited institution  and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of work experience.

OR

Minimum of ten (10) years of verifiable experience in facilities maintenance, public works operations, installation support services, or Base Operations Support (BOS) contracts.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting U.S. Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) operations

• Experience with BOS or facilities maintenance contracts

• Familiarity with work order management systems such as GFEBS, ArMA, or similar enterprise systems

Additional Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access at Fort Carson

• Ability to complete required Army training and system access requirements

• Must be eligible to work on a federal installation
