Bankruptcy Attorney
Trott Law, P.C., a leader in mortgage bankruptcy and default law with offices in Michigan, Indiana, and Minnesota, is looking for a full-time, Michigan licensed, bankruptcy attorney. The ideal candidate will be growth oriented with at least 1 - 3 years of experience and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within a team setting. The position involves a combination of transactional and courtroom work. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
- State Bar of Michigan license to practice law.
- Must be accurate, detail-oriented and organized.
- Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional verbal and written business communication skills are essential.
- Professional verbal and written legal skills and analysis are essential.
- General computer skills and strong legal research skills. Must have the ability to attend in person court hearings as required.
Working Conditions:
- Normal for office environment, including the potential for a combination of remote and in-office work.
- Attend court hearings.
