- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and comfortable learning CRM systems (e.g., DealerSocket)
- Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
Compensation: $20 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Customer Service: Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Phone & Switchboard: Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, clerical tasks, and general front‑desk duties
- Payment Processing: Process payments for services and products accurately and efficiently
- Support sales and service teams with additional administrative tasks as required
