Job Description: Denture Technician – All-on-4 Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Denture Technician specializing in All-on-4 full-arch implant restorations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, setting denture teeth, and finishing high-quality implant-supported prostheses while maintaining exceptional esthetics, function, and precision. This role requires strong technical expertise, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and laboratory team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and fabricate All-on-4 and full-arch implant-supported prostheses.
  • Perform digital and conventional case planning for full-arch restorations.
  • Set denture teeth to achieve optimal esthetics, phonetics, occlusion, and function.
  • Contour and characterize gingival anatomy for natural-looking restorations.
  • Finish, polish, and deliver high-quality prostheses that meet laboratory quality standards.
  • Evaluate case fit, occlusion, and esthetic outcomes prior to final delivery.
  • Interpret prescriptions, diagnostic models, photographs, and digital scans.
  • Collaborate with dentists, treatment coordinators, and laboratory technicians to ensure successful case outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the fabrication process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet production timelines without compromising quality.
  • Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of denture laboratory experience, with significant experience in All-on-4 or full-arch implant restorations.
  • Advanced knowledge of denture tooth arrangement, occlusion, esthetics, and finishing techniques.
  • Experience with both analog and digital workflows, including CAD/CAM design software, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of implant prosthetics and full-arch restorative concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing premium-quality restorations.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital smile design and CAD software such as exocad or 3Shape.
  • Knowledge of PMMA, zirconia, and hybrid full-arch restorations.
  • Experience with implant verification, prototype fabrication, and conversion prostheses.
  • Ability to mentor junior technicians and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
