Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab CAD/CAM Designer. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who has strong technical expertise in digital dental workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design dental restorations using CAD/CAM software (crowns, bridges, implants, full arch, etc.)
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of all digital cases
- Collaborate with technicians and doctors to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain and troubleshoot CAD/CAM equipment and software
- Implement and improve digital workflows and efficiencies
- Stay current with advancements in digital dentistry
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental CAD/CAM design
- Strong knowledge of digital workflows (3Shape, Exocad, or similar)
- Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with implant and full-arch cases
- Knowledge of milling and 3D printing processes
- Experience leading a team

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
