We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with a hunter mentality — someone who is excited by robotics and AI, willing to chase cold opportunities, and motivated by building a pipeline in a market with massive upside.

What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with universities, research labs, AI companies, robotics startups, manufacturers, and enterprise R&D teams
- Use our internal lead-generation system, inbound leads, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and trade show contacts to identify new opportunities
- Consult with customers about their robotics, automation, machine learning, and data collection needs
- Manage sales opportunities from outreach through discovery, quoting, follow-up, and close
- Work with leadership, engineering, marketing, and customer support to help customers get the right solution
- Represent Trossen Robotics at trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and industry events
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the team as we expand into new markets
What We’re Looking For
- 1–6 years of sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing experience
- A true sales hunter who is willing to grind, prospect, cold call, email, follow up, and push through rejection
- Someone who is not afraid to knock on doors, chase cold leads, and hunt down high-value opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and comfortable managing a pipeline
- Competitive mindset with the discipline to keep working leads until they convert or clearly disqualify
- Ability to build trust with technical customers, including engineers, researchers, founders, and executives
- Willingness to learn our products and understand the basics of robotics, AI, machine learning, and automation
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound sales, trade shows, or technical sales is a plus
- Passion for robotics, AI, engineering, manufacturing, or emerging technology is a major plus
