Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable styles.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management.
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves efficiently, and ensure products are well-organized for easy customer access.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening, clear communication, and friendly interactions.
- Keep the store environment clean, organized, and stocked.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of swimwear is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures.
- Ability to work various hours including weekends.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a tidy store environment.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
