What You'll Do
As a Tropical Sno Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating an amazing experience for every guest. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving premium Hawaiian shaved ice
- Greeting every customer with a friendly and positive attitude
- Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash/card transactions
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
- Restocking syrups, cups, toppings, and other supplies
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service
- Representing Tropical Sno with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Week day afternoon availability preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
