We are looking for a General Manager to lead, inspire and manage the entire team and implement a plan to increase sales. This position is responsible for leading by example, setting the tone and ensuring that all of the staff adhere to our tropical values. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to structure, motivate and engage with all levels of the organization, generate enthusiasm for our products and services and work closely with upper management to implement company goals.
Responsibilities:
